Welcome to the 2023 Something Queer Insider Newsletter. You are getting this message as one of the fabulous queers gearing up to attend the gathering THIS WEEKEND! Woah! We are going to send out a few of these messages leading up to the event, so please stay tuned!

Please don’t forget…our event is entirely sold out. We will not have tickets available at the gate. Tickets are not transferrable, unless you use our ticket transfer system (the original buyer gets refunded and the new buyer gets charged by us). Please don’t buy tickets directly from someone, as they will not be valid. If you need to sell your ticket, let us know…we’ve got a list of folx who are looking for a ticket.

Take a look at the 2023 Camper Guide (it’s attached below). You can download it at any time from our website (just click here). We recommend that you save this image to your phone so that you can access it on your way up to Saratoga Springs.
The Snack Table is Back (again)!!
Back by popular demand, our snack table is back. For those of you who are in the know, we’ve invited you to bring some sort of snack to share with the group (savory, sweet, junk food, healthy…whatever you desire). Here’s our ask — bring your favorite (non-perishable) snack to share. No pressure at all…participate if you can and want to. It’s a fun way to build some community around salty treats. We will have a table setup in the main lodge for you to leave your snack and feel free to grab something when you’re feeling a bit peckish at 3am.
Camper Profile Forms and Waivers
Please make sure to check your email (and your SPAM) to look for your Camper Profile form. It’s important to fill that out as soon as possible so that we get an accurate headcount to our kitchen and can accommodate any special dietary requests. Also, if you haven’t downloaded your ticket yet, please do so (you’ll need to digitally sign a waiver before you get your ticket). Everyone will be required to sign the waiver before attending.
Rideshares (or…a quick way to make a new friend)
We have a number of folx who are looking for rides to the event. If you have any extra room (even just a seat), please bring a fellow attendee with you. Who knows…maybe you’ll meet your new bestie! What time can I check in?
The event opens at noon on Friday May 12th and closes at noon on Monday May 15th. Our registration hours are:
Friday from noon – 10:00pm; Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Arriving outside of those hours? Just text us [415-993-0040]
