Jason Godfrey

Music Director / Something Queer

Jason Godfrey is a dance music DJ based out of San Francisco, California. With over 15 years of experience behind the decks he’s developed an uncanny ability to get people moving to the music with his track selection and mixing skill. Raised with musical influences such as disco, funk, soul, hip-hop and R&B, he’s able to weave these genres into contemporary dance music for a fun, sexy and enthralling experience. With his relentless energy and endless passion, he will do whatever it takes to get the dance floor moving.

Critical Value

Something Queer/SF

Critical value (Justin B) is a curator of fine melodic progressive house and trance tunes. Originally from Southern California, he got his start DJing in the Los Angeles music scene in 2001. His first gigs were in dimly lit chill-out spaces of the back rooms of clubs. He later co-produced a “UK-style” queer weekly at a nightclub in L.A. He continues to be influenced by the rave scene, desert parties, dirty dirty house clubs, burning man, and sounds that remind him of home.

Tiny Tim

DJ Tiny Tim (Tim Parker)started DJ’ing with a belt-driven pair or NuMark Turntables back in 2003. Being a raver in the 90’s, he was inspired by the styles of DJ Dan, Carl Cox, Donald Glaude, Mike Barrett, and Dave Armstrong. As a result, Tim made an entrance into the world of Funky/Jackin’ House. Tiny Tim started off playing raves and shows in Seattle, ultimately landing a recurring job in a local Seattle bar. A Bay Area native, he decided to return home where he broke into the Bay Area House scene. Currently, Tim produces a weekly broadcast of Funk Factor, while producing tracks and making appearances in the Bay Area and Los Angeles scenes. DJ Tiny Tim loves to play music that comes from the souls of his feet and translates to the decks.

Umee Dee

Now DJ-ing for over 8 years, her music journey started at age 12 when she fell in love with the electronic soundscapes of ambient electronica. Growing up in the UK, she witnessed the evolution of the electronic music scene in the late 90s. Umee has curated her tastes over time, with special predilection for house, techno and ambient music.

Since moving to SF in 2015, Umee has played support roles at various major clubs in SF including the opening lineup at Public Works in 2017 for techno legends, Pan-Pot. Umee has harnessed a lot of DJ time at over 7 Burning Man Playa events since 2014, most notably when she played an ambient meditative set on the legendary Robot Heart art car for the art project by The Journey in 2017.

Prince Wolf

Prince Wolf was born on the corner of the sultry and South of Market leather bars and dark & funky tenderloin dives, playing tunes to cruise disco, house and techno. He is a resident at the San Francisco landmark disco party Go BANG!, the SF Eagle’s Perverted party and Thrust Thirst underwear and bath robe night at the Powerhouse. He has had residencies at parties like DAD BANG and Burning Man Camp, Beard Haus and Chillonas. He enjoys DJing at leather events, pride parades, hole in the walls, middle of nowhere events and places in between. Long time paddler and full-time dance floor rocket.

Eddie House

A Deep Disco/Soul/Funky/Tech House n’ Boogie music fanatic. Eddie House comes from an upbringing of Classic Soul, RnB, Jazz, Rock, Pop, Hip Hop and House influences. Engraved in his soul from generations prior he’s always had an “itch” for a groove. A San Jose (SF Bay Area) native you can find him regularly at Rhythm Ritual, an ongoing weekly party in San Jose SOFA District feat. local and world talent who stand behind the movement of DANCE MUSIC!

Mr. Seago

Mr. Seago has been putting music in Bay Area ear holes since 2015. He’s known for funky west coast house beats that will get you up off the wall and out onto the dance floor shaking your booty, but if you get him in a mood, turn down the lights, and feed him the right concoctions he’ll take you on a techno inspired journey of electronic minimalism through the land of beeps, boops, and pew pew pews all while making sure that your inner disco diva is able to surface periodically to spread love and happiness throughout the land. If you try to put him in a box he’s likely to beat his head against the walls until the box falls over so that he can wander off like a cat given a toy that doesn’t contain enough nip.

Blake Scott

Blake Scott is a queer San Francisco DJ spinning a range of beats from jackin’ house and funky house to progressive and deep house. You can catch them dancing on both sides of the booth, from clubs and moonlit raves to Burning Man.

ooba

San Francisco-based DJ ‘ooba’ started his career in Salt Lake City under the name Clementime. He began learning to DJ about three years ago, and made his public debut at Catalün Village (@catalunvillage) during Element 11 in 2021. Ooba is known for playing music ranging from minimal deep tech to indie dance — anything with funky grooves, interesting vocals, and incorporating dance-y sounds from unexpected sources.

In addition to making people dance, Austen also makes projection mapped visuals. Whether it’s large-scale projections on the sandstone cliffs of southern Utah, or lighting up art pieces in clubs and at home, his silly & trippy visuals are a lot of fun to look at.

Tygür

Tygür is a San Francisco local artist and a padawan DJ. He’s inspired by many things but watching a DJ weave their magic on the dance floor is what drives his passion. As a DJ you are sharing a piece of your soul and internal fire that spreads so much joy and happiness to people. That is priceless. He’s always loved music and art and now want to share his music artistry as a DJ with the world.
