A major part of this year’s Glow Up is our new host – Deloro Valley Events and Experiences [17301 Silver Spur, Tuolumne, CA 95379]. The 132-acre space is amazing and has incredibly high-quality accommodations. The lodge is a multi-room hotel-style space (with shared bathrooms), the cabins are summer-camp style with brand new mattresses and AC, and the glamping tents are perfect for those of you who hate pitching a tent. Camping is included in the cost of your ticket. For everything else, there is an additional fee (which we have tried to keep at a very reasonable per-night cost). For the cabins, we charge a premium, as they are private spaces. If you do want to purchase a cabin, you also agree to decorate the cabin in some way. Below is a description of the accommodations available for purchase through our ticketing portal on a first-come basis.
Single or Double Bed (Lodge)
The beds in the lodge contain a mix of single beds (twins) and double beds (Queens). The rooms are hotel-style, with a shared bathroom in each of the wings. Most rooms have a sink in them. There are multiple wings. Most of the rooms are shared rooms and we will assign you a space before you arrive. If you decide to purchase a bed in the lodge, our placement team will reach out to you a bit closer to the event to figure out where you want to be (and who you want to stay with). We do have a few rooms that are more accessible than others and we have a wing of rooms that we are designating for our Trans/non-binary/GNC campers.
So you know, we have nearly 100 beds in the lodge, which are in 33 total rooms.
The lodge rooms are in the lower camp area and are the closest to all of the main activities and events. The dance events and spaces are nearby the lodge, but don’t worry…you won’t be able to hear the music at night.

Single Bed = $75 for the weekend

Private Cabins (4 and 6 person)
We have access to 12 cabins in the upper-camp area. The cabins have been recently renovated with new windows and upgraded AC units. Most of the cabins can accommodate 4 people (two queen-sized beds in each room). We have a few cabins that are designated 6-person cabins (two queens and bunk bed). The cabins do not have bathrooms in them. However, each of the cluster of 6 cabins have their own bathhouse with toilets and showers.
If you are looking to get a few cabins for you and your crew, that’s fine. Our placement team will reach out to you to figure out the best placement. Some of the cabins have stairs and are not accessible.

Glamping Tents
If you do not want to bring your own tent and bedding to the event, we have over 20 glamping tents available for you to buy. Glamping tents are large bell-tents that have a queen-size bed in them. We may be able to add a 2nd twin-sized bed (just ask).
Most of the glamping tents do not have power or AC. We are going to put a number of the glamping tents on the grid, so they will have access to 15-amp power service with a light (this is not enough to run an AC or other high-powered gear). There is no amplified sound outdoors after 10pm (so, you can sleep if you decide…or, stay indoors in one of our party spaces until 4am).

Off-Grid (no power) Glamping Tent: $350 for the weekend

RV Sites
We have a variety of RV and Car Camping sites throughout the venue. Our RV sites include a FULL hookup (30-amp electrical, water, and sewage). These sites are all located in the lower-camp area and are close to the lodge.

Tent Camping
Tent camping is included with your ticket! We have spots all around the venue that are perfect for tent camping. So, come and connect with nature!
