Our event starts at noon on Friday May 9, 2025 and ends at noon on Monday May 12, 2025.

The event is held at the Deloro Valley Events and Experiences Center in Tuolumne, CA [17301 Silver Spur, Tuolumne, CA 95379], which is about 2 1/2 hours East of San Francisco in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. We have a bus available from SF to get you there, if you don’t want to drive.

Your Weekend Tickets include:

  • Access to the entire event site from Friday at noon to Monday at noon, which includes two pools, multiple chill zones, a gym, hiking trails, etc.
  • A wonderful meal plan. Our fabulous Chef, Jes Vee, will create a special menu to nourish our bodies. Meals through the weekend include:
    • Dinner on Friday,
    • Brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday,
    • Departing breakfast on Monday.
    • Vegan, vegetarian, and special diets can be accommodated.
    • Special treats throughout the entire weekend.
    • The Snack Table: This is a crowd favorite! We are going to be creating a special table for you to share snacks with other participants. So, please bring something to contribute to our snack table throughout the weekend!!
  • Access to a tent camping site (RV, a bed in the lodge, a cabin, or one of the special “glamping tents” can be added on for an additional fee)
  • A weekend full of amazing music, workshops, movement, frolicking, poolside/spa shenanigans, art, and queer energy.
  • Dance Parties Throughout the Weekend. We have parties during the daytime outside, but we can’t have amplified music outdoors after 10pm…so, the party moves inside into our two indoor dance spaces, which have professional club sound and lighting! We can go late indoors (if you want to sleep…don’t worry, you’ll be able to!)
  • We are co-creating this event with each of you. Therefore, we encourage participants to bring some unique gift or offering to the event (art class, workshop, sing-a-long, nature guide, massage class, etc.).
