We tried to keep the number of rules to a minimum. Many of these rules have been set by the venue, so please help us get our deposit back by following the rules!

For the safety of our guests and pursuant to our contract with the venue, we are required to notify you of some important rules. This is private property and we have the privilege to be invited guests. As such, any violation of these rules can result in the revocation of your ticket and your removal from the venue without a refund.

General Rules

  • All participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend. Please bring a government-issued identification with you during check-in. If the name you use differs from your government-issued name, don’t worry…we totally get it!
  • We kindly ask you to leave your pets at home. Of course, trained Service Animals such as Guide Dogs/Seizure Dogs/Hearing Dogs as defined by the ADA. Service Animals are trained to perform specific tasks and are working animals are always welcome.
  • Parking only in designated areas, as directed by event staff. You will be able to unload your gear and then you will need to move your car to the main parking lot.
  • No vending or selling of anything is allowed.
  • All participants on site are required to sign an event waiver. You will not be permitted into the event space without a signed waiver. You must sign the event waiver before downloading your ticket.

Glass & Pool Rules

  • The venue has asked that we do not bring any glass to the event. Please make sure to transfer any beverages or liquids to non-class containers before arriving.
  • No glass anywhere on the property and no ceramics within the pool fence areas
  • No lifeguard on duty. No solo-bathing allowed.
  • Please shower before entering the pool areas.
  • No food is to be consumed in the water at the pool.

Smoking

  • Smoking (anything, including vape pens) is only permitted in designated smoking areas. There are multiple smoking areas located on-site.
  • Dispose of all cigarette butts in the appropriate containers in the smoking areas.
  • No smoking (including vaping) in cabins, in the main lodge, in the party spaces, in glamping tents, near the dining hall, or in non-designated areas.

Fires

  • No fires of any kind will be permitted.
  • No open-flame sources will be allowed on site (candles, camping stoves, lanterns, Poi/fire props., etc.). Sorry…we really can’t risk it out there!

Photography Rules

  • You must first obtain consent prior to taking any photographs or videos involving other participants.
  • No cameras are allowed in “play spaces” and we ask that no photos or videos be taken in clothing optional areas.
  • No commercial use of film, video, or photographs taken at the event are allowed without the express written permission of the event organizers.

Ticket Purchase Policies

  1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, even if you decide not to attend.
  2. Event is rain or shine.
  3. If the event is canceled due to something outside of our control, we will make every effort to refund your tickets, but a refund is not guaranteed.
  4. You can purchase ticket insurance through our vendor (ticketspice), which can cover your cost in case of an unexpected situation. We highly recommend this!
  5. Tickets cannot be resold at anything higher than face value.
  6. If you decide to sell or transfer your ticket, you must use our online ticket transfer system. Failure to do this will invalidate your ticket without a refund.
  7. Your name must appear on your ticket when you check in. If you need to have names corrected, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
  8. Everyone on site must wear their event wristband the entire duration of the gathering.
  9. The event and production staff reserve the right to remove someone from the event without refund for a violation of our community guidelines, event rules, or direction from event production members or staff.
  10. Every person on site must agree to an event waiver before they being allowed to enter. Failure to sign a waiver will result in your ticket being revoked without a refund.
  11. The Something Queer crew will not facilitate ticket transfers and make no warranties or guarantees that you will be able to transfer your ticket after you buy them. The ticket transfer system through Ticketspice is the only approved method for transferring tickets.
