Tickets

We do everything we can to make sure that we keep our ticket prices as low as possible. This year, our prices on the base tickets went up by just a little, while our event production costs went up significantly. Our subsidized tickets are well below-cost and we did not increase those this year (they are the same price as in 2021).

• Subsidized Ticket: $250 – Same Price as it’s always been!
  • This is a subsidized (below our cost) ticket to the event. We have a limited pool of these tickets and are making the available to individual with resilient identities and/or who may need some financial assistance. Please note that we also offer a free ticket grant program, in an effort to promote equity at the event (you can apply here for that program).
• Female/Femme/AFAB/Trans Ticket (*NEW*): $300
  • This is a new ticket tier this year in support of our female, femme, AFAB, and trans community. In an effort to ensure access for all parts of our community, we’ve added this tier. Of course, we are always grateful if you can afford to go to a higher tier so that someone else can access a ticket at this price.
• Sustainer Ticket: $375
  • This is a ticket at the cost to produce the event. If you are able to select a higher-priced ticket, that extra will help to bring someone to the event who might not be able to afford a full priced ticket. We have a limited pool of these tickets.
• Supporter Ticket: $475
  • This is a ticket priced higher than the cost to produce our event. The extra will help to bring someone to the event who might not be able to afford a full priced ticket. (Note $100 of this ticket is a tax-deductible donation)
• Benefactor Ticket: $575
  • This is our highest priced ticket and includes a larger tax-deductible amount. The extra will help to bring someone to the event who might not be able to afford a full priced ticket. (Note $200 of this ticket is a tax-deductible donation)

We have a variety of add-on items, which include all of the available accommodations that you can see with more detail by clicking here. The prices for these are:

• Tent Camping is included with admission!
• Single Bed in the Lodge: $80
• Double Bed in the Lodge: $160
• Private 4 person Cabin: $900
• Private Lodge Room – King and 2 Twins: $650
• Private Lodge Room – Queen and 2 Twins: $600
• Glamping Tent with Power: $500
• Glamping Tent without Power: $400
• RV Ticket (with full hookup – electrical, water, and sewer): $400
• Roundtrip Bus Ticket: $80 (Depart SF Friday at 2pm and Return Monday by 3pm)
• Parking: $20 (carpool with 4 people and it’s free)

We are offering our highest-priced tickets first, as a way of encouraging those who may be have the means to help support others to get their tickets. There are plenty of lower-priced tickets, which will all be on sale on Friday

Benefactor Tickets (highest priced) – On Sale January 15 at 12noon PT
This is for those who think they can pay a little extra for a ticket to help someone who might not be able to pay as much. The more Benefactor Tickets we sell, the more Subsidized and Granted tickets we can provide the community!

General Sale – All ticket tiers (including subsidized), Beds, Cabins, RVs and Glamping Tents – On Sale January 16 at 12noon PT
This is the general sale. All ticket options will go on sale at noon, including our cabins, private rooms, glamping tents, and beds. We don’t antcipate that we will sell out immediately of the add-on items, but we will sell out eventually.
