  Camper Profiles and Waivers 

Please check your inbox (and yes, your SPAM folder too) for the Camper Profile Form. Fill it out ASAP to help us plan accordingly, especially for meals and any special dietary needs. Also, ensure your ticket is downloaded and waivers signed digitally before your arrival to smooth out the check-in process.

What’s happening and when? We’ve got our day-by-day general schedule posted with our evening party themes. Oh…and even a few suggestions  as you’re getting those lewks ready. Check it out!

  Rideshare – Travel Together! 

If you’ve got space in your car, why not offer a ride and possibly make a new friend? Check out our rideshare board to connect with others looking for a lift. Let’s help everyone get to the event easily!

 Catch the Queer Bus to the Gathering! 

Big news – we’re excited to announce a fabulous new way to get to Something Queer: direct bus service from San Francisco! This bus is not only a stylish and relaxed way to travel but also a great chance to meet other attendees and minimize our carbon footprint.

Bus Itinerary:

– Departure: Friday, May 10, 2024

 – 6:00 PM – Leave from 335 McAllister St, San Francisco, CA

 – 8:30-8:45 PM – Arrive at Saratoga Springs

– Return: Monday, May 13, 2024

 – 11:45 AM – Depart Saratoga Springs

 – 3:00 PM – Arrive back at 335 McAllister St, San Francisco, CA

Luggage Allowance:

Each passenger may bring a carry-on, one checked bag, and camping essentials like a tent and some light gear. Please contact us if you need to bring more – we’ll find a way to accommodate you!

Pricing:

Travel round trip for just $75, or choose one-way travel for $40. These rates are at our cost to keep it affordable for everyone. Please purchase your tickets in advance to help us ensure the bus is filled. Tickets available under “Add on Items” on our ticketing page.

 Essential Camping Gear Made Easy! 

We’ve got you covered for the Something Queer Gathering! To make your camping experience as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, we’ve partnered with Last Minute Gear in SF. Our exclusive camper package includes everything you need: a tent, sleeping bag, pad, and a portable lamp (you can customize the package). Don’t worry about packing heavy – we have everything set up for you to just arrive and enjoy!

  The Snack Table Tradition Continues! 

Our beloved snack table returns! Contribute your favorite non-perishable snacks to share. This is a perfect little way to contribute to our community’s camaraderie. Just drop your goodies on the snack table in the main lodge – whether it’s 3 PM or 3 AM, there’s always something to nibble on!

  Check-In Times 

The fun begins at noon on Friday, May 10th, and wraps up at noon on Monday, May 13th, 2024. Here are the registration hours:

–  Friday:  Noon – 10:00 PM

–  Saturday:  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
