Here are the registration times:- Friday: Noon – 10:00 PM- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMShould you arrive outside these hours, just text us at 415-993-0040 for assistance. 🚑 Harm Reduction Station Your safety enhances the fun. We’re advocates for harm reduction with resources available on-site, including fentanyl test strips and naloxone (Narcan). Remember, these safety tools are for everyone’s benefit, so please use them. Take care of yourself and each other: hydrate, rest, and enjoy the incredible food. Our medical volunteers are here to support you, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you or someone else needs help. It’s going to be a blast and we want to get you to the event in style and in relaxation. Enjoy the ride with some new friends as you journey to and from the venue. Bus Itinerary: – Departure: Friday, May 10, 2024 – 6:00 PM – Leave from 335 McAllister St, San Francisco, CA – 8:30-8:45 PM – Arrive at Saratoga Springs – Return: Monday, May 13, 2024 – 11:45 AM – Depart Saratoga Springs – ~3:00 PM – Arrive back at 335 McAllister St, San Francisco, CA Luggage Allowance:Each passenger may bring a carry-on, one checked bag, and camping essentials like a tent and some light gear. Please contact us if you need to bring more – we’ll find a way to accommodate you! Pricing:Travel round trip for just $75, or choose one-way travel for $40. These rates are at our cost to keep it affordable for everyone. Please purchase your tickets in advance to help us ensure the bus is filled. We close bus ticketing at noon on Friday, so please make sure to get your tickets while you can! 🌤 Weather Forecast: Get ready for some perfect pool weather! The days are set to be warm with lovely cool evenings – ideal for our outdoor festivities. Check them out here and plan your adventure! 📄 Last Minute Admin: Today is your last chance to complete your Camper Profile and sign your waiver. These are crucial for accessing your ticket and enjoying a smooth check-in. Please take a look at your ticket order email and make sure that you sign your waiver. To do that, you will need to attempt to download your ticket barcode. If you don’t have your barcode, you didn’t sign your waiver. You can click here to login to your ticketspice account center to get your tickets resent to you. 🚗 Ridesharing: Let’s ensure everyone has a ride! If you have extra space, consider sharing a ride with a fellow attendee. Check out our rideshare board here to connect.
